INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We'd like to know where you are right now, what you'd like to achieve, how your body moves and what your current lifestyle allows. |
1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
You'll meet with your trainer regularly to get your body moving, learn correct exercise technique and keep working towards your fitness goals. |
ONLINE NUTRITION SUPPORT
We'll keep an eye on your nutrition habits to ensure you're fuelling your body the right way to support your training and daily activities. |
PROGRESS TRACKING
What's measured will be achieved. Whether you want to improve your performance, lose weight or life pain-free, we keep an eye on your progress. |
TRAVELING WORKOUT
Do you need to travel and don't want to skip your workouts? Not a problem, we'll give you a plan you can follow in your hotel room or gym. |
SMARTPHONE APP ACCESS
You'll have 24/7 access to your plans, habits, progress and nutrition logs and you'll receive unlimited support via the in-app messaging as well. |
Pricingstarting at $75 per sessionWe like to keep things simple. We assess what you need to achieve your fitness goals during the consultation and choose a plan that best suits your needs. |
Do you need a membership to work with us?
For our in person training session at Paradigm Gyms you will be required to have a membership in addition to your training agreement with Vital Athletic. We take care of the membership that allows full access to the gym for those who train 8 or more sessions a month. For those that train less you will be required to set up a ‘Training Membership’ that will be an additional $89 a month.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/ debit, and cash.

What can I expect from a consultation?
Our consultations are a chance for our team members to evaluate how to best serve you. This initial meeting usually last about an hour and may include a movement screening to aid in your individualized program design. After this initial sit-down our team member will connect you to our Functional Nutritionist and/or Metabolic Specialist depending on your goals.

Do you offer meal plans?
Knowing that flavor preferences and foods vary vastly person to person we do not currently offer full meal plans. However sample plans are available to those that work with our Functional Nutritionist.

Do you offer online coaching?
Yes! We offer online and nutrition coaching via our app. We also offer online fitness Coaching via our app.
|
Do you do partner or group training?
We do, these sessions are a perfect way to stay motivated with the help of your community.
